A firm timeline for start of construction has not been determined. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Town of Nantucket, through its Town Administration, is seeking responses from architectural or engineering firms licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for professional services to provide preparation of schematic plans and specifications, site plans, cost estimating, design and construction document review and contract administration for renovations to existing public restrooms at various locations within Town of Nantucket facilities. The contract with the selected firm will be for a term of up to two (2) years, with an effective start date planned for September 2024. Question Deadline 07/05/2024 at 2:00 PM ET Questions concerning this RFQ must submitted via electronically. Question Response Deadline: July 12, 2024, 2:00pm. The Town reserves the right to reject any and/or all responses if it determines, within its sole discretion, that is in the Town's best interest to do so. This Request for Qualifications does not commit the Town to select any Respondent, award any contract, pay any costs in preparing a submission, or procure a contract for any services. The Town also reserves the right to cancel or modify this Request for Qualifications in part or in its entirety, or to change the Request for Qualification guidelines.
