SCOPE OF SERVICES. Above & Below Ground Fuel Facility Inspection, Cleaning & General Maintenance To provide above and below ground fuel facility annual inspections, as well as general maintenance and emergency repair services located at Nantucket Memorial Airport 14 Airport Rd Nantucket MA 02554. Work shall be completed in accordance with ATA Specification 103 (2023 or latest edition), NFPA 407 (current edition), MassDEP and NPFA 30 (current edition) The Town of Nantucket, acting through the Nantucket Memorial Airport Commission, invites sealed bid proposals for Annual Aviation Fuel Inspections and Maintenance Services for three-year Contract. Questions must be submitted in writing before 12:00PM July 2, 2024, to: Boyana Stoykova-Nelson at bstoykova-nelson@nantucketairport.com Bidders must submit a five percent (5%) bid deposit with their bids. The bid deposit may be in the form of a certified, treasurers or cashiers check from a responsible bank or trust company payable to Nantucket Memorial Airport, cash or a bid bond from a surety company. If the Bid is $25,000 or more, the winning bidder or Contractor must furnish a payment bond from a surety company in the amount of at least fifty percent (50%) of the contract price to guarantee payment to materials suppliers and/or subcontractors in the event the general contractor fails to pay the material suppliers and/or subcontractors. The Nantucket Memorial Airport reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in bids received whenever such rejection or waiver is in its best interest.
