Trolley Right of Way (Row) Fencing Services Liquidated Damages Contractor will pay MTS the sum of $1,280 for each and every calendar day of delay beyond the time prescribed in the Contract Documents for finishing the Work, as Liquidated Damages and not as a penalty or forfeiture. MTS will not accept bonds on any other form. MTS reserves the right to accept any Bid, or any part or parts thereof, or to reject any and all Bids.
