Remodeling of a municipal facility in Waco, Texas. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 4,890-square-foot municipal facility.
Remodel of an existing United States Postal Service, with updates of the retail service lobby, Self Service Lobby and P.O. Lobby. It will be a Three Phase open store remodel. Please see below Itemized descriptions of scopes and important information that apply to this project. This is inclusive but not limited to all construction for this project. Review of all construction documents is required for providing an accurate proposal. 1) Demolition Interior - Removal of select interior walls in their entirety, doors and frames, millwork, mechanical, select mechanical, outlets/switches, lighting, flooring, and ceilings per demolition plans. Remove and re-use of specified items included. 2) Demolition Exterior - Removal of landscape and Site conditions for new site conditions. 3) Landscaping and S.W.P.P. protection. 4) Saw Cut and Pour Back & New Concrete for new Sidewalk. 5) Rough Carpentry - Provide and install of temporary barricades for construction and blocking. 6) Casework/Millwork/Countertops - Installation of owner provided casework and provide and install of new countertops per architectural sheets. 7) Doors - Furnish and install of new metal doors/frames/hardware. 8) Storefront - Glazing and new store front system with swinging doors. 9) Steel - New structural support angles. 10) Paint - Furnish and install paint for new interior and doors/frames. 11) Flooring - Furnish and Installation of new floor tile and new tile and resilient base. 12) Drywall/Framing/ACT - Furnish and Installation new drywall and act as applicable to architectural sheets. 13) Specialties - Labor to install owner furnished furnishings. 14) Mechanical - Modify/relocate air devises for remodel area. 15) Electrical - Replace and Install new lighting and controls. Install emergency and egress lighting. Install new power outlets as applicable. 16) Low Voltage - Provide and install new data drops per electrical power plan. The Contractor must provide all material, labor, tools, plant, supplies, equipment, transportation, superintendence, temporary construction of every nature, and all other services and facilities necessary to complete the construction of a postal facility for the Postal Service, including all incidental work described in the contract documents. Project consists of selective demolition related to carrier entrance and path of travel accessing carrier vehicles. Work also includes finish and furnishing updates to carrier related rooms including, but not limited to Restrooms, Break Rooms, Work Floor, and Supervisor Offices. All carrier restrooms will receive one-for-one replacement of fixtures and accessories. The Restroom associated with the Locker Rooms will be made to conform to Accessibility Standards with any required fixture relocations. All exhaust fans will be replaced throughout the building and any additional HVAC updates will be made per building functionality. All noted light fixtures will be replaced with LED. *The bid list for this project may be incomplete.
