As of this time it is unknown if and when project will rebid.** Project Includes the Furnishing of Labor, Equipment, and Materials to Construct: Installing Approximately 6411 Lf of 6-inch Waterline, 9002 Lf of 4- inch Waterline, and 995 Lf of 2-inch Water Services. Project to Include Furnishing and Installing 82 Water Meters & Boxes, Casings, Flushing Hydrants Assembly, Combination Air Release Valves, and Other Appurtenances and Incidentals Necessary to Provide a Complete Installation. Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Bond Payable to the Owner for Five Percent (5%) of the Total Amount of the Bid. A Certified Check May Be Used in Lieu of a Bid Bond. Performance and Maintenance and Statutory Payment Bonds in the Amount of 100 Percent (100%) of the Contract Price, With a Corporate Surety Approved by the Owner, Will Be Required for the Faithful Performance of the Contract. The Owner May Waive Any Informalities or Minor Defects or Reject Any and All Bids. The Owner Reserves the Right to: Change Dates the Bid Will Be Considered; Waive All Informalities; Reject Any and All Bids; Choose Whether to Accept Alternates, if Applicable; Adjust Quantities; and Add or Omit Items of Work as Deemed Necessary to Conform With Budget or Other Constraints; and to Accept That Bid Deemed Most Advantageous for Value Received
