Demolition and site work for an educational facility in West Palm Beach, Florida. Working plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: site work and demolition for an educational facility. As of June 27, 2024, a construction manager has been selected for this project. A firm construction timeline for this project has not yet been released. Randolph Construction Group, Inc. (Construction Manager) for the School District of Palm Beach County (Owner) will receive proposals to provide demolition services Chuck Shaw Adult Ed - Demo. This project is time sensitive and critical to be completed as soon as possible. Scope of work includes recycling of mercury containing devices and lamps, complete demolition, removal of debris, site grading and sodding and seeding. Participation by small businesses and minority firms are strongly encouraged. The established minimum SBE sub-contractor participation goal for this project is 25% for SBE owned firms certified by the School District. Owner and / or Construction Manager reserve the right to reject any or all proposals or to accept any proposals which is in its best interest. Owner and / or Construction Manager also reserve the right to waive any informalities and technicalities in procedure. The proposed due date will be provided with the bid documents. Proposals will be received via email or at the office of Randolph Construction Group, Inc. 1191 N. Federal Hwy, Ste. 1, Delray Beach, FL 33483.
