Site work for a civil project in West Palm Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The project consists of 2,150 LF of 6" force main (FM) along the west side of the Crystal Pointe neighborhood in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. The project will replace approximately 1,400 LF of 4" DIP and 750 LF of 4" PVC pipe that have reached the end of their useful life. The proposed force main will connect to Lift Station 95 at the north end. The existing valve near Lift Station 95 will also be replaced as part of this project. The southern portion of the project will connect to a future stub out that will be constructed as part of the Hood Road Force Main Replacement project at the south end of the project near Lift Station 88. It is anticipated that the force main will be installed via HDD method for the portion of the project running north and south. The portion of the project running east and west up until the connection to Lift Station 95 will be installed via open cut method. The existing 4" force main will be abandoned in place and grouted if the pipe condition allows. The Contractor shall clean up the Work and maintain it during and after construction, until accepted, and shall do all work and pay all costs incidental thereto.
