Question Deadline 07/04/2024 A. Construct Work in stages during the construction period B. See Owner / Contractor Agreement, EJCDC Form C-520 for completion dates. C. Coordinate construction schedule and operations with Engineer. D. Work will need to be coordinated with the Engineer and adjacent businesses to assure continued operation. E. The Contractor may propose an alternate means of staging that meets the intent of the original staging provided in the Contract. 1. No changes shall be made without the written approval of the Engineer. 2. Any additional traffic control or other extra work required in addition to that shown in the Plan as a result of alternate staging schemes shall be considered incidental to the original work.
