Stage 1 Hwy 11 will be closed between the east side of 4th St to west side of Hwy 32 intersection (Approximately 5 weeks) Work to be completed: Install storm sewer on Hwy 11 Install storm sewer outlet to South Branch Two Rivers Reconstruct Hwy 11 Sidewalk reconstruction Install bases for corridor lighting Stage 2 Hwy 11 will be closed between the west side of 7th St to the east side of 4th St (Approximately 7 weeks) Work to be completed: Install storm sewer on Hwy 11 Reconstruct Hwy 11 Sidewalk reconstruction Install bases for corridor lighting Map showing truck detour route The project will require a detour utilizing Roseau County roads 4 and 23. The project is included in the State's 2025-2029 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of July 29, 2025, per owner, MnDOT staff are designing this project. A construction contractor will be selected by low bid after the project is let in February of 2026. Design will be completed in November 2025. Construction is tentatively scheduled for June - Sept 2026. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
