Site work for a water / sewer project in Chapmanville, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Logging includes all labor, equipment, and material necessary to determine various characteristics of the well and using probative tools suspended from a wire line. Bond logs with casing collar locator (CCL) allows for a determination of the cement bond quality behind the casing and identify the free point of any casing strings present in the well. This project involves the plugging and/or remediation of abandoned oil and/or natural gas wells and sites at the location described below. Flippen #1 Well Plugging Project API# 47-005-00316. Site reclamation is the process of restoring the well site area back to original condition. Site reclamation generally requires earth work and seeding of grass utilizing a combination of lime, fertilizer, seed, and mulch, as appropriate. Description: There are instances where saltwater or other Class II fluids are returned to the surface due to the plugging operations and must be disposed of at an Underground Injection Control (UIC) well. The contactor will transport the saltwater or other Class II fluids to a UIC well for disposal. SCOPE OF WORK The Contractor, the Contractor's agents, representatives, and subcontractors ("Contractor") shall provide all equipment, materials, labor, and professional services for the plugging of the oil and/or natural gas well(s) identified herein, and the reclaiming of all land disturbed in association with those plugging operations in accordance with West Virginia Code 22-6-23, 22-6-24, and all rules promulgated thereunder. Take US-119 S and continue 36 miles. Turn left on Dog Fork Road and continue 0.6 miles. Turn left on Dog Fork / Workman Road and continue 0.3 miles to the well site on the left side of the road. The well will be located in the front yard of 1765 Dog Fork Road. Location/Site Description 1.1 API# 47-005-00316 Physical Address: 1765 Dog Fork Road Chapmanville, WV 25508.
