South Sound Housing Affordability Partners Co-Living Housing Planning The initial contract period is anticipated to be from September 2024 - May 2025. Question Deadline 07/17/2024 at 4:00 PM PT All questions must be submitted within the online. The County is seeking consultant services to: Create a model ordinance for co-living housing in compliance with ESHB 1998 and tailored to participating jurisdictions' context. Develop guidance for each participating jurisdiction on implementing the model ordinance and recommendations on removing barriers to developing co-living housing with an emphasis on meeting the housing needs of low and very low-income households. Create GIS maps for participating jurisdictions identifying where co-living housing must be allowed under ESHB 1998. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
