Description: The City of Oakland (City) seeks Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from licensed contractors interested in providing on-call construction services for capital improvements to the City's sanitary sewer infrastructure. The City will establish a pool of pre-qualified contractors possessing license types sought by this RFQ to include, but may not be limited to: A, C-34, or C- 42. As specific projects arise, bids will be solicited informally from the contractor pool with the appropriate licenses. Potential projects involve rehabilitation, construction, and repairs of sanitary sewer infrastructures within the City's right-of-way and/or sewer easement, reconnecting and rehabilitating house sewer connections, and other associated work.
