The Scope of Work Consists of Thereplacement of Existing Central Air Handler Unit With Two, 10-ton Multizone, Vav Rooftop Units; Replacement of Two 5-ton Condenser Units; and Installation of a New Dx Computer Room Air Conditioning (Crac) Unit. Contractor Shall Provide a New Centralized Building Automation System, Demolition and Removal of Existing Equipment, Ductwork, Roof Curbs and Penetrations/flashing, and Ceiling Grid/tiles Removal and Replacement as Needed.
