Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in South Texarkana, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The scope of work consists of the placement of approximately 3,557 linear feet of 12" water main of various material by open cut and bore, 867 linear feet of 24" steel encasement by bore through Union Pacific Railyard. one fire hydrant assembly, and all associated appurtenances and connections. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any and all bids. Bidders may not withdraw thein bids within 30 days after the date of bid opening and must provide bid bonds as required. All bidding processes shall be in accordance with state law. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the con-tract.
