Site work for a water / sewer project in Elloree, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Base Bid: Painting and refurbishment of the Food Lion 500,000-Gallon elevated storage tank. The project includes a full surface preparation and painting of the interior and exterior surfaces of the elevated tank with an engineered coating system. Surface preparation will include media blasting of all existing coatings down to bare metal. Project also includes an electrical grounding system for the Food Lion tank. All project related questions must be directed to Chris Waddell, P.E. at American Engineering Consultants, Inc. by email cwaddell@aec-sc.com or by fax (803-791-8110) Bid sets must be obtained directly from American Engineering Consultants, Inc. Contact Laura Stritzinger at lstritzinger@aec-sc.com. Any inquiry received before the close of business on Friday July 19, 2024 shall be given consideration. A certified check or bank draft payable to the order of the OWNER, negotiable U. S. Government Bonds (at par value), or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable Surety in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total Bid shall be submitted with each Bid.
