Orangeburg County School District is seeking qualified vendors to place bids on the repaving of the parking lot, drive way, and loading areas at Elloree Elementary School located at 200 Warrior Drive Elloree SC 29047.The proposed work must be completed by July 7, 2025. Furthermore, the winning contractor will coordinate the start date of the project with Orangeburg County School District as to ensure that the impact to the educational environment of Elloree Elementary is minimal. The winning contractor will procure all necessary license and obtain any permits for the completion of this work. Furthermore, pricing provided will be all inclusive for the completion of the project to include and not limited to sales tax, business license fees, and insurance. The general scope of the work is as follows: Inclusions: 1. Herbicide treatment of asphalt edges and removal of vegetation grown over asphalt 2. 1 1/2 - 2" thick asphalt overlay of approximately 23,574 SF of asphalt parking lot 3. Demolition and removal of two (2) concrete ramps a. Concrete ramps to be replaced with asphalt ramps 4. Demolition, removal and replacement of ~30LF long asphalt section at service entrance. a.
