Work includes connections to existing water mains, installation of new service lines to existing water meters, abandonment of existing water lines and valves, installation of gate valves and fire hydrant assemblies, restrained joint fittings and air release valves, removal and replacement of asphalt roadway, asphalt driveways, and concrete sidewalks, and all other necessary appurtenances as specified and depicted in the Contract Documents to serve the existing residences along Harlin and Wolfe Streets in Elloree, SC. Division "II" - Additive Alternate "A": Construction of approximately 2,700 linear feet of 8-inch water main along Haigler Street from Harlin Street to Wolfe Street, and along Harlin Street from the intersection of Haigler Street up to the CSX right-of-way. Work includes connections to existing water mains, installation of new service lines to existing water meters, abandonment of existing water lines and valves, installation of gate valves and fire hydrant assemblies, restrained joint fittings and air release valves, removal and replacement of asphalt roadway, asphalt driveways, and concrete sidewalks, and all other necessary appurtenances as specified and depicted in the Contract Documents to serve the existing residences along Haigler and Harlin Streets in Elloree, SC. Division "III" - Additive Alternate "B": Construction of approximately 860 linear feet of 8-inch water main and 135 linear feet of bore-and-jack 20-inch steel casing with 8-inch carrier pipe along Harlin Street. Work includes the CSX railroad bore-and-jack crossing, and proceeds up Harlin Street to Old Number Six Highway. Work includes connections to existing water mains, installation of new service lines to existing water meters, abandonment of existing water lines and valves, installation of gate valves and fire hydrant assemblies, restrained joint fittings and air release valves, removal and replacement of asphalt roadway and asphalt driveways, and all other necessary appurtenances as specified and depicted in the Contract Documents to serve the existing residences along Harlin Street in Elloree, SC.
