Daniels and how that experience will impact their lives. The project scope will cover demolition of some existing buildings, site development, construction of athletic fields, staff housing, storage facilities, nature trails, a marina, a limnology center and other supporting buildings and infrastructure. Construction Cost Range: 20,000,000 to $30,000,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Contractor will be required to provide Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the contract price
