Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a stadium in Phillipsburg, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the addition of a stadium; for the demolition of a stadium; for the renovation of a stadium; and for site work for a stadium.

As of March 5, 2025, this project is currently under construction. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Bid guarantee shall be in the form of a certified check, cashiers check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, but not in excess of $20,000. Refer to Bid Documents for other bonding and insurance requirements. Bids will be received for a single prime contract inclusive of all trades. Bidders and major branch subcontractors must be pre-qualified by the NJ DPMC. Refer to Project Manual for documentation to be provided with Bid. All bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., Affirmative Action Against Discrimination and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. and the requirements of 42 U.S.C. 121.01 et. seq. regarding the Americans with Disabilities Act. The contractor shall further comply with all New Jersey Labor Laws including the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act, N.J.S.A. 10:5-3.1 et seq. and the New Jersey Public Works Contractor Registration Act. Corporate bidders are required by law (Chapter 33, Laws of 1977) to submit a list of names and addresses of all stockholders owning 10% or more of their stock. A Non-Collusion Affidavit and a Contractor Questionnaire/Certification also must be filed with the bid. The bid package also includes other documents (Contractor Registration, NJ Business Registration, Prevailing Wage Certification, Disclosure of Investment Activities in Iran, Disclosure of Prohibited Activities in Russia or Belarus, Political Contribution Disclosure Form, and others) that must be completed and returned with the bid. Failure to comply with Instructions to Bidders and to complete and submit all required forms, may be cause for disqualification and rejection of the bid. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-2(s), (t), (x), (y), 18A:18A-4(a), 18A:18A-22, and to waive any informalities. Board reserves the right to hold the bids for up to 60 days. Bid award is contingent upon approval of required building permits by the Town of Phillipsburg. Question Deadline 11/15/2024 at 5:00 PM ET Bidder questions must be submitted in writing to Emily Liuzza, AIA at ALLOY5 Architecture LLC via email at: eliuzza@alloy5.com . When clarification to the bid documents is required, the clarification will be issued as a formal addendum to all registered plan holders no later than 7 days, not including Saturdays, Sundays or holidays prior to the date of acceptance of the bids. All addenda so issued shall become part of the Contract Documents.
