Renovation of a multi-residential development in Phillipsburg, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The Housing Authority of the Town of Phillipsburg, the Awarding Authority (the "Owner) is soliciting bids for facade repairs at the John F O'Donnell Building located at 235 South Main Street, Phillipsburg, NJ 08865. Sealed bids must be plainly marked on the outside with the name of the bidder, the name of the project ("JOHN F O'DONNELL BUILDING - EXTERIOR WALL REPAIR PROGRAM") and the words "SEALED BID". During performance of this Contract, the Contractor agrees to comply with P.L. 1975, c. 127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27) "Law Against Discrimination", current regulations. This bid is being solicited through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5 et. seq. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in any bid or bids, to reject any and all bids, and to accept any bid or bids and to make such awards as may be in the best interest of the Owner. The Contract is being executed with funds provided by the U.S. Government through the Department of Housing and Urban Development. Summary Project Description: Facade repairs including but not limited to: 100% sealant joint replacement, concrete repair, masonry repair, and flashing repair. B.
