**As of January 21, 2025, 2024, Project has been awarded. Award amount is $724,186.25.** This project involves improvements to Hudson Street between Evelyn Avenue and Lewis Street. Improvements include milling and paving, installation of curbing and sidewalk, installation of ADA compliant curb ramps, and replacement of driveway aprons. Sanitary and stormwater improvements include installation of roof leader pipes and trench drains, replacement to various sewer pipes, resetting or reconstructing structures, and removal and installation of new stormwater inlets. Project also includes installation and replacement of traffic signs and striping of roadway. This project would start June 16, 2025 and work must be completed by August 15, 2025. Bid Security is required in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid, but not in excess of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) as set forth Please review these specifications to determine if this bid will involve this new form of change order for contracts that are estimated to exceed $5,000,000.00.
