Site work, new construction and remodeling of a mixed-use development in South Salt Lake, Utah. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; for the remodel of a pre-engineered storage facility; and pre-engineered storage facility.
Salt Lake County reserves the right to stop the selection process at any time if it is considered to be in the best interest of the County. Salt Lake County also reserves the right to reject any or all bids submitted. All bidders shall be properly licensed by the Utah State Department of Commerce, Occupational and Professional License Division, to do the type of work specified by the plans and specifications for the Project for which bids are being sought by this Request for Bids in accordance with current Utah State Law. The project described herein is the ADC Sewer Vacuum upgrade. This work shall include all labor, materials, equipment, fixtures, and devices for the entire mechanical work and a complete operating and tested installation as required for this project ADC Vacuum Sewer System Phase 1 Question Submission Close Date 7/10/2024 1:00 PM MDT The Contractor will have 180 calendar days to complete the project
