In total, there are 33 individual groundwater recharge basins. 2. The successful offeror(s) will provide support services at the Agency's groundwater recharge facilities, on an as-needed basis, that may encompass a wide range of capabilities: a. Backhoe services b. Blading services (grader, dozer, etc.) c. Earth/soil/silt material windrow services d. Earth/soil/silt material loading and hauling services e. Silt material disposal services f. Basin floor grading/contouring services ('low-point' outlet structure) g. Trenching services h. Concrete services i. Dewatering/water pumping services j. Vegetation abatement/screening k.
