Site work for a mixed-use development in Belleville, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a swimming pool.
Reference Number 0000356080 The work includes furnishing all labor, equipment and materials necessary to complete the work including 6000 sf of hydro demolition of existing pool surface and placement of 6150 sf sunstone surfacing, and all incidental construction at Lower Huron Metro park in Wayne County, Michigan. Bids shall be submitted on the form included in the bidding documents, and shall be accompanied by a Cashier's Check, Certified Check or Bid Bond underwritten by a surety licensed in the of Michigan, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into a contract.
