Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Belleville, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The work includes furnishing all labor, equipment and materials necessary to complete the work including site work for existing and proposed campsites, water main, sanitary sewer and electrical infrastructure updates to support campground use; new campsite amenities, installation of ADA compliant access paths, firewood storage, tree planting, associated project restoration, and all incidental construction at Lower Huron Metropark in Wayne County, Michigan. Bids shall be submitted on the form included in the bidding documents, and shall be accompanied by a Cashier’s Check, Certified Check or Bid Bond underwritten by a surety licensed in the State of Michigan, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into a contract.
