Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Irwin, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The Work for Contract 3/2024 Will Consist of: Installation of Site Fencing, Removal of Old Fencing, and Backstop Work. Alternate Work Will Consist of Removal and Replacement of Dugouts. Bid Packages Must Be Clearly Marked "Proposal Enclosed" With Job Name and Contract Number On the Lower Left Corner of the Bid Envelopes. Each Proposal Shall Be Accompanied by a Certified Check or Bidder's Bond in the Amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the Proposal, in Favor of Irwin Borough. All Contractors Must Adhere to Act 127 of 2012 (Public Works Employment Verification Act). Pennsylvania Prevailing Wages Are Applicable to These Projects. No Bid May Be Withdrawn for Sixty (60) Days After the Same Has Been Filed With Borough of Irwin. Irwin Borough Manager and Council Reserves the Right to Reject Any of All Bids or to Waive Any Informality in Bids Received. The Work to be done under the Contract, as shown on the Plans and Specifications, shall include the furnishing and complete installation of all Materials and any other necessary Work required for proper completion, operation and use of the facilities. All the equipment, Materials and labor that may be necessary to complete the Work and place it in satisfactory operation, implied or intended in the Plans and Specifications, shall be furnished and/or installed by Contractor without extra cost to the Owner.
