The Project is located at 433 S. Wilma Avenue and consists of landscaping, exterior renovation, and installation of a pergola pre-purchased by the City. The work comprises the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, and equipment required to complete this project as detailed on the plans and in the specifications for this contract. Time for Completion. The planned time frame for substantial completion of construction of the project is 60 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. Bonds. The Bid Proposal must be accompanied by bid security of ten percent (10%) of the maximum bid amount in the form of cash, a cashier's check, a certified check made payable to the City of Ripon, or a bid bond executed by a surety licensed to do business in the State of California. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Faithful Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each for one hundred percent 100% of the maximum Contract price.
