The Project is located at Ripona Avenue, Milgeo Avenue, Shasta Avenue, North Ripon Road, and other streets north of Highway 99 and south of Colony Road and consists of roadway resurfacing as specified on the Plans. The work comprisesthe furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, and equipment required to complete this project as detailed on the plans and in the specifications for this contract. 2.2 Time for Completion. The planned time frame for substantial completion of construction of the project is 60 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed.
