Site work and new construction of a sidewalk / parking lot in Ripon, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot.
Sealed bids are invited for the EV Charging Station Project, which is located at 240 Doak Blvd. and 259 N. Wilma Ave. The project consists of the installation of electric vehicle chargers at the City of Ripon's City Hall and Corporation Yard. The work requires the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the project as detailed in the plans and specifications. All bidders should carefully review both the Invitation to Bid and the Instructions to Bidders sections. Bids must be for the entire project work and submitted on the designated Bid Forms. Bidders must check the City of Ripon website daily for any addenda or updates and may request email updates for addendums. Contract documents are available online and hard copies can be purchased at City Hall. A valid California contractor's license (C10 classification) is required for this project. Question Deadline 11/18/2025 Questions received any later may not be addressed before the bid deadline.
