The project will involve the installation of approximately 299 water meter pits and water meters assemblies in the right-of-way of homeowners that currently have water meters installed within the residence within the HUD boundary. All bid proposals must be on the form provided and must be accompanied by a certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of the Town of Eaton negotiable U.S. Government bonds (at par value) or a satisfactorily Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total Bid.
