The Scope of work is quarterly inspection, maintenance and repair of Village of Morton Grove HVAC units. The units are located at six facilities operated by the Village of Morton Grove listed on the Base Bid Schedule of prices and section 2 of the special provisions. The awarded contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, equipment and incidentals required for the inspection, maintenance, and repair of all HVAC units in accordance with the Contract Documents. The initial term of the contract shall be One Year. At the end of any contract term, the Village reserves the right to extend this contract for a period of up to sixty (60) days for the purpose of getting a new contract in place. Question Deadline 07/08/2024 at 5:00 PM CT Last day to submit questions and requests for clarification. Questions and requests for clarifications should be submitted in writing to purchasing@mortongroveil.org. Offers may not be withdrawn for ninety (90) days after the Proposal Opening Date without the consent of the Village Administrator or his designee. The Village of Morton Grove reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals or parts thereof, to waive any irregularities or informalities in Proposal procedures and to award the contract in a manner best serving the interest of the Village.
