Work include excavation, concrete, masonry, structural steel, wood trusses and framing, plastic laminate casework, shingle roof, standing seam metal roof, composite board and trim, spray foam insulation, wood doors and frames, windows, gypsum board, porcelain tile, epoxy floor, painting, signage, toilet accessories, flagpole, clock tower, mechanical, plumbing and electrical. Parking Lot Scope: Remove and replace existing parking lot hard surface and site utilities in its entirety. Work consists of new asphalt pavement, concrete pavement, concrete curbs and gutters, stained concrete, pavement stripping, permeable pavers, landscape, site furniture, site utilities.
