Please thoroughly list the services (scope of work), construction or items of tangible personal property of the contract: Sitrans FM Mag5100W Flow meter 16" ANSI B16.5 Class 150 Flanges, Hard NRB Liner, Hastelloy-C Electrodes, without transmitter, 1/2 inch NPT electrical conduit connections with factory mounted terminal blocks.
