Remodeling of a communication facility in Tucumcari, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the remodel of a communication facility.
Quay County is requesting sealed Proposals for the remodel of the existing building at 511 S. 2nd Street, Tucumcari, NM 88401, to enable relocation of the dispatch department to a renovated facility. The purpose is to better support the needs of a consolidated dispatch center. Cost Proposals will be received from a single prime Contractor on a Lump Sum basis. All questions, clarifications, or substitution requests must be submitted in writing to the Architect of Record. BIDS MUST BE SIGNED BY A COMPANY OFFICIAL WITH AUTHORIZATION TO COMMIT THE FIRM. Proposals are to be submitted in the format described in the Instructions to Bidders included in the Project Manual. Proposals are to be valid for not less than 90 days from the bid closing. All proposals will be evaluated, and selection will be completed in accordance with Quay County Procurement process. This Request for Proposals may be canceled and any or all bids may be rejected in whole or in part at the discretion of Quay County.
