Site work and new construction of a medical facility in Tucumcari, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the construction of a medical facility.
Project: Construction of New Dan C Trigg Hospital Facility Location: 2424 S. Adams Tucumcari, New Mexico 88401, Blocks Three (3) and Block (4) of the Bunker Heights Addition to the City of Tucumcari. Quay County is requesting proposals from licensed, qualified offerors to provide construction services for hospital construction. All proposals must meet the requirements outlined, be submitted in a sealed container clearly marked with the proposal title, number, and offeror's name and address. Proposals are valid for ninety days and may be rejected in whole or in part by the County. A mandatory pre-proposal conference is required for all offerors before submitting a proposal. All proposals must be received by the specified deadline and late submissions will not be considered. Equal employment opportunity is emphasized for all offerors. Deadline for Written Questions: All questions must be submitted in writing to: Procurement Officer: Samantha Salas, samantha.salas@quaycounty-nm.gov Deadline for Written Questions March 25,2026 The selected contractor shall: o Construct the hospital facility per the issued plans and specifications o Provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and supervision o Comply with all applicable laws o Obtain required permits and inspections o Maintain project schedule and provide progress reports o Coordinate with the County, design professionals, and inspectors o Provide site safety management and quality control o Deliver the project ready for occupancy Sealed proposals must be clearly labeled: "RFP -- Construction of New Dan C Trigg Hospital Facility" Submit to: Quay County Manager's Office 300 South 3rd Street Tucumcari, NM 88401
