The work shall include all labor, materials, transportation, and equipment required for the construction of: Rehabilitation Existing Structure by Deck Patching and Joint Replacement Proposals must be signed and submitted on the forms furnished with the Bid Documents. Please only Submit Division 5. Each bidder will be required to submit with his proposal a Bid Bond or Certified Check made payable, without condition, to the County Treasurer of Scotts Bluff County, Nebraska, in an amount equal to five (5) percent of their proposal. The bidder to whom the contract is awarded shall furnish within ten (10) days after the award a surety bond or bonds in a sum equal to the full amount of the contract. The form of the bonds and surety shall be acceptable to the Scotts Bluff County Board of Commissioners. The bidder will include an estimated time of beginning and completion for the project with the proposal. The Contractor will be allowed ninety (90) calendar days for the completion of the project. The required completion date of the project is November 15, 2025. The Scotts Bluff Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to pass upon the regularity, and to waive any irregularities. Awarding of the Contract will be in accordance with the provisions of "Competitive Bidding; Consideration", COUNTY PURCHASING ACT, N.R.S. Sections 23-3101 through 23-3114, any competitive bidding requirements of Nebraska Statutes 16-321, et. seq.
