As of July 12, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. The Project is expected to be awarded on July 16, 2024 during the Board Meeting. The project includes the installation of drainage pipe, sanitary sewer pipe, manholes, inlets, base repair, milling and overlay for multiple blocks of B Street in Mahanoy City Borough. The items of work are identified more specifically in the Project Specifications. The project includes the installation of drainage pipe, sanitary sewer pipe, manholes, inlets, base repair, milling and overlay for multiple blocks of B Street in Mahanoy City Borough. A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of Mahanoy City Borough, negotiable US Government Bonds (at par value), or satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and acceptable surety in the amount of 10% of the Total Bid of construction shall be submitted with each bid. The SUCCESSFUL BIDDER will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price with a corporate surety approved by the Owner.
