Description

Renovation of a stadium in Hamilton, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.

Bidders eligible to submit Bids for this Request for Tenders have been previously selected through the process of a Request for Prequalifications, issued under Contract C14-05-22 which closed on August 2, 2022. The purpose of this project is to replace the roof assemblies servicing all flat roofs, restore the sloped metal roofing with a new liquid applied roof membrane, and installation of a new HVAC system and duct work on the ground floor at Saltfleet Arena located at 24 Sherwood Park Rd, Stoney Creek ON.
