For the HEM parking lot repair project. DESCRIPTION OF WORK Bidders will provide the equipment,material, and labor to complete thefollowing: Excavation of all damaged areas.Repair to damaged areas with baseand hot asphalt. Chip seal of theentire parking lot of approximately41000 square feet. No Bidder may withdraw his bid fora period of thirty (30) days afterscheduled date of Bid Opening. Carbon County School District 2reserves the right to reject anyand all bids and to waive irregularities and informalities deemed tobe not in the best interest of theSchool District. Resident Wyominglaborers, workmen and mechanicsshall be used upon all work in thiscontract whenever possible. Preference is hereby given to materials,supplies, equipment, machineryand provisions produced, manufactured, supplied or grown in Wyoming, quality being equal to articlesoffered by competitors outside ofthe State.
