2. B3136A and B3153B remove all kitchen cabinets and countertops.
3. Install new kitchen cabinets with solid surface quartz countertop with new under mount stainless
steel sink and facet with all new drain lines and water hook ups.
4. Install new garbage disposal and new dishwasher in all units.
5. All 3 apartments 3136A, 3153A and 3153B will have new LVT plank flooring installed in the entire unit.
6. Repair and repaint all walls and ceilings where new flooring will be installed.
7. Replace all old base where new flooring is to match current style being used.
8. Replace all 3 unit’s kitchen and dining room lights with LED style.
9. Replace all 3 units range hoods over stoves.
10. Upon completion of the work, the Contractor shall inform the ET to demonstrate operational tests. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
