Work for this project will consist of cleaning existing 18" storm drain pipe, existing storm drain pipe replacement with like size pipe, removal of curb, sidewalk and fence as needed to replace the storm drain pipe, vertical adjustment of junction manholes, building inverts with washes at the corners, patching of the parking lot with a minimum of 6" ABC stone base, 4" of B-25.0 or I-19.0C " with a final course of 2" S-9.5B asphalt plant mix pavement, curb line replacement, sidewalk replacement, and pavement markings, seeding and mulching and installation of traffic control signs and devices during construction EPA MBE/WBE participation goals: MBE 10.9% WBE 10.4% Questions received after June 13th , 2024 at 5:00 PM may not be answered. This project consists of cleaning and videoing 18" and 24" storm drain pipe, removal and replacement of 18" and 24" storm drain pipe, rehabilitation/reconstruction of three storm drain structure, asphalt repair, curb and gutter repair, repainting of parking stripes and removal of all construction materials that are replaced during the project. If the Contract is to be awarded, Owner will give the Successful Bidder a Notice of Award within the number of days set forth in the Bid Form. No bidder may withdraw their bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Construction Performance bond and a Construction Payment Bond as security for the faithful performance and the payment of all bids and obligations arising from the performance of the Contract. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation the right to reject any or all nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional bids, and to reject the bid of any Bidder if Owner believes that it would not be in the best interest of Owner to make an award to that Bidder. Owner also reserves the right to waive informalities.
