Renovation of a mixed-use development in Brigham City, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
BOX ELDER COUNTY 2024 GENERATOR PROJECTS The Project consists of the construction of four new standby electrical generators at the following locations: Historic Courthouse -250 kW; DMV Building 50 kW; Justice Center, 100kW and the Box Elder County Landfill; 40 kW. Questions related to the Bidding Documents are to be submitted in writing to Brett Jones (brettj@jonescivil.com) no later than 1:00pm, July 10, 2024. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Jones & Associates Consulting Engineers, 6080 Fashion Point Drive, South Ogden, Utah, (801) 476-9767. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality in a Bid, and to make awards in the best interests of the Owner. Furnishing and installing four individual back up electrical power generators at specified locations in Brigham City and Tremonton, Utah. This is not the full scope of work.
