Site work and renovation of a parking garage in Burnaby, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage; and for site work for a parking garage.
For the Burnaby Hospital's parkade concrete and waterproof membrane restoration project. Work Includes: Installation of hoarding/dust protection around the Work as indicated in accordance with Fraser Health General Requirements. Provide all labour, material, equipment, and supervision required to remove and dispose of all material and debris resulting from removal of the existing traffic deck coating waterproofing system. Cutting and remedial work required to make the affected parts of the Work come together properly including the removal of deteriorated concrete and the casting of new structurally competent reinforced concrete, and the removal and reinstatement of new waterproofing membrane.
