BUILDING FOOTPRINT AREA: 3,571 GSF Sub Bid Category Painting, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Town of Mansfield, MA (Owner) invites Bidders to submit sealed Bids for Dustin-Prescott PFAS Treatment System and Wells, which includes all Work for a GAC system, including installation of Owner-furnished GAC vessels, furnishing, and installing associated piping, electrical Work, control system/SCADA upgrades, site and civil Work, construction of a concrete slab and installation of a pre-engineered metal building; process, chemical feed systems, drainage and mechanical system upgradesin the existing treatment building; upgradesto well buildingsincluding electrical equipment, at three well sites (Dustin Well #7, Prescott Well #8 and Prescott Well #9), water main connections to raw water main and installation of metering vaults at the new replacement wells at Prescott Wells 8 & 9; installation of owner-furnished generators at all three well sites and at the existing water treatment building; and all materials, equipment, services and construction inherent to the Work The Project being bid is subject to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149, Sections 44A-J. General Bidders must be certified by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) for sewage and water treatment plants. SubBidders must be DCAMM certified for their respective class of Work. Sealed Sub-Bids are required for the following classes of Work.
