The bids will be considered by the County Board of Commissioners on July 16 2024, for the following improvements: MINNESOTA PROJECT NO. HSIP LOCATION: From 1465' N of SE Section Corner Sec. 7, T105N, R37W, To 1865' N of SE Section Corner Sec. 7, T105N, R37W TYPE OF WORK: Box Culvert Bids must be accompanied by a corporate surety bond made in favor of Cottonwood County or a certified check made payable to the Cottonwood County Auditor/Treasurer for 5% of the amount of the bid. Upon execution of the Contract, certified checks or bid bonds will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders within 30 days of opening the bids. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Surety Bond. The Cottonwood County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive defects.
