The pigmented binder and the glass beads shall be applied in one operation such that the resulting reflective surface will provide optimum night reflectorization under traffic conditions. The pigmented binder shall be satisfactorily applied so as to deposit a wet film thickness of 15 +/- mil (equivalent to 100 to 115 ft. squared/gallon).
