The Norwood Housing Authority request containerized trash collection from qualified contractors for a three-year period starting June 1, 2024 and ending at midnight June 1, 2027. The Contractor will provide all dumpsters, trucks, other equipment, and manpower necessary to provide the Owners requested Containerized Trash Removal at its two state and two federal public housing developments. Dumpsters provided by the contractor for this purpose. Said dumpsters shall be cleaned inside and out, repainted, and or "switched-out" within a reasonable time, at any time during the contract period as required by the Authority. The type of dumpsters supplied must be approved by the Authority. Generally, the Authority seeks dumpsters 8 yards or larger to have side plastic sliding doors and plastic covers. This contract is estimated at $30,000.00 a year.
