Contract Documents may be examined at the office of CDM Smith Inc., 210 25th Avenue North, Suite1102, Nashville, TN 37203 (by appointment) and at the office of the Limestone County Water and Sewer Authority, 17218 Highway72 W Athens, AL 35611. Contract Documents are available for examination online .Bidders requesting electronic format Contract Documents to be shipped to them shall provide a valid UPS or Fed Ex account number to cover express shipping costs. Each Bid shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of five percent of the Bid, not to exceed $10,000. Bidders may not withdraw their Bids for a period of 60 days after the actual date of the opening of the Bids. The Successful Bidder must furnish a 100 percent Performance Bond and a 100 percent Payment Bond with a surety company acceptable to the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all Bids if deemed to be in its best interest. Question Deadline 07/11/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be received in writing by CDM Smith Inc., tomlinsondj@cdmsmith.com, Attn: Darryl Tomlinson, at least five business days before the date set herein for the opening of bids.
