This request for proposal is to replace all security cameras within the specified buildings for this project. This includes hardware, software, licensing, training, remote support & installation of all hardware supplied by the Vendor. As an additional option, provide a proposal to remove existing hardware. The thirteen locations included in this RFP are all located within Emmet County, Michigan. SCOPE OF WORK The purpose of this request for proposal is to invite prospective vendors to submit a proposal to supply Emmet County with a complete proposal to replace all security cameras within the specified buildings for this project. This includes hardware, software, licensing, training, remote support & installation of all hardware supplied by the Vendor. As an additional option, provide a proposal to remove existing hardware. The thirteen locations included in this RFP are all located within Emmet County, Michigan. The Vendor shall provide the following related to this particular RFP: The preferred proposal will include all upfront costs for equipment, hardware, miscellaneous hardware, licenses, installation, training, support and any other costs necessary to install the complete system, as well as any annual costs for licensing, training, and support that is necessary to maintain the system for the term of the license selected. This RFP requires the submission of license terms of 5 years. The proposal should also include the projected costs that would be necessary to increase the systems storage retention for an additional 30 days. At minimum, all proposals should include: All equipment, hardware, licensing, training and any other components necessary for complete integration of the new physical security system. Complete pricing for the exact number of specified models or like models & mounting hardware. Minimum capacity to retain is a minimum of 30 days of video footage per camera with the ability to add additional storage capacity at a later date. 30-day cloud backups included with each device. Adequate redundancy and resiliency to ensure 30 days of video retention and continuous operation in the event of hardware failure. Support, licensing, and agreements for a minimum term to the corresponding license term. Identify any annual costs for support, licensing and warranties if not included in the proposal. Minimum hardware warranty of 10 years, not including PTZ devices, and all items included in the corresponding warranty. Training for staff responsible for using and maintaining the system. Installation and setup of all equipment, hardware and software including the mounting and positioning of all installed hardware and lift equipment. Hardware specification must meet or exceed the following: Solid state storage drive stored on the device. No additional hardware needed to store and retrieve video footage and content Recording of footage at 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with at minimum 24 frames per second.
