**As of October 4 , 2024 bids received for this project were over the budget and was rejected. As of this time it is unknown if and when project will rebid. The Project includes the following Work: constructing of a 300,000 - gallon 130'-0" multiple column elevated water storage tank including painting disinfection, piping as detailed on plans, concrete foundation, fencing, grassing, access drive, grading, and all appurtenances necessary for completion as specified in the plans and specifications. Project also includes the demolition and disposal of the City's existing 200,000 gallon elevated tank. The City of Rochelle reserves the right to reject any or all bids including without limitation the rights to reject any or all nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced or conditional Bids; and to make an award in the best interest of the City of Rochelle.
